What Women Want

Times have changed since the Women’s Ministry stereotyping days. It’s no longer about tea parties, new recipes, parenting, and other life hacks. While these are not bad, there is more to the ministry than just that.

In fact, Women’s Ministry greatly focuses on attending to the spiritual needs of Christian Women to deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ. It also serves as an avenue to minister to ladies, and teach them how to share the gospel to others.

For years (even stated in the Bible), women create an impact to the faith of the people in their around them—from their families to the larger communities.

Women’s ministry, as a form, is in the midst of a massive shift. Many women’s ministries have responded to the outcry and evolved, but the stereotypes have not always changed accordingly. Rather than doing justice to the change, broad stereotypes have remained, further stigmatizing women’s ministry in the minds of female church-goers. –Christianytoday.com

The drive to plunge deeper into the gospel is just apparent as ever. A shift is now happening all over the globe from the way they step right into the Bible studies to the movement they involve themselves in.

This is very exciting. Even in the Philippines, women volunteers and Christian leaders are not a rare sight for anyone anymore. Younger generations even join the ministry as they ride along the rise of evangelism. These ladies know what they want, and that is to fill a deep longing to know more about Christ.
